Q What is the difference with a common hotel?
A

It is basically the same as a business hotel, it can be used for one-night stays.

Reception business hours are from 10:00 to 22:00, so guests are required to check-in during those times. After checking in, our guests can enter or leave their rooms freely at any time.

Our facilities do not have restaurants, but all our rooms have mini-kitchens our customers can use to do their own cooking.

Q Is there a curfew?
A

Once guests have checked in, they can enter of leave the premises at any time. The door remains locked during night time, so please do not forget to take your room key with you.

Q Do rooms have sleepwear?
A

There are “yukata” robes in each room for use of our guests.

Q Is it possible to leave baggage at the hotel before check-in?
A

You can leave your baggage at Reception during business hours. Please call us in advance if you plan to do so.

Q Is day use of rooms possible? (by the hour)
A

It is possible if there are rooms available. Please contact us in advance.

Q Is there tableware in the rooms?
A

Rooms are equipped with a mini-kitchen. Each room has a microwave oven, a fridge, frying and cooking pans. Guests must bring they own food ingredients, seasonings, etc.

Q Are rooms equipped with hair dryers?
A

Each room has one hair dryer.

Q Are visitors allowed in the rooms?
A

For security reasons, only guests are allowed into the rooms.

Q Are there convenience stores nearby?
A

A supermarket (MaxValue), a 100-yen shop, and a 7-Eleven store are nearby.Please ask for a map at Reception if you need one.

Q Do you offer delivery services?
A

We only use Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato) C.O.D (cash on delivery) services. Sending forms are at Reception. Please fill them out and give them to us when necessary.

Q Do you offer breakfast?
A

There are no restaurant facilities in our premises.There is a supermarket nearby so you can cook in your room.

Q Can I connect to the internet?
A

All rooms are equipped with free wireless internet. Guests are required to use their own PC’s, etc.

Q Are there laundromat services?
A

You can use the washing machine and dryer (100 yen for 60 minutes) in the laundry room on the 2nd floor.

Some rooms have a washing machine on the veranda. (Reservation required) If you are using Weekly Monthly, please ask for the price.

Q What is the latest check out time?
A

Please finish check-out by 11:00am. There is fee of 1000 yen per additional hour in case you need to stay longer. Please contact Reception in advance, as there might be instances in which longer stays are not possible.

Q What time does check-in start?
A

As a rule, we ask our guests to come for check-in after 15:00. If the rooms are ready before that time, guests might be able to use them. Please contact us in advance. (There are times when it is not possible to allow guests in because of cleaning, etc.)

Q Are pets allowed?
A

We have a no-pets policy.

Q What is the maximum size of cars allowed to park?
A

1.8mx5m (5.9ftx16.4ft) is the maximum size.There is also a parking lot where we can guide you if it is a 2t truck (about 2.0m x 5.0m). Please contact the front desk.

Q Do you accept payments with e-money?
A

We accept cash, credit card (1-installment only) and PayPay payments only.

Q Is it possible to make same-day reservations?
A

It is possible if there are rooms available. Please contact us in advance if you are in a hurry.

Q Do you offer laundry services?
A

We do not offer laundry services.

Q What documents are necessary when signing a contract?
A

All guests using our weekly or monthly plans are required to have a copy of their ID taken, according to Japanese laws. Please do not forget to bring your ID, as we would not be able to offer our services otherwise. We also request our guests’ phone numbers, to contact them in emergency cases.

Q Do you rent PC equipment?
A

You can rent a PC for 1000 yen per night of stay.
